Who is Lollybix?
Lollybix was the nickname of my paternal grandmother. She was great. She taught me how to play indian nippy, how to bluff in poker, and how to spread peanut butter on graham crackers such that they don’t break. Does it get better? Naming my crafty corner of the interwebs after her is my little shout out to her memory.
Where do you buy your fabric?
Thrift stores, local quilt shops, and some online stores. About 80% of my quilts are made of secondhand or repurposed stuff.
Are you paid for any endorsements or recommendations on your site?
Nope. If I say something or someone is awesome, it is because I mean it. Weird, right?
Can I use your pictures or posts on my blog?
Sure! I would be happy to share. Please contact me before posting.
Can I use your patterns or tutorials to make products or quilt for commercials purposes?
I would rather you didn’t. I would be happy to work with you on licensing one of my patterns on a limited or contractual basis. You would be surprised how easy it is and it will make you feel good for supporting an independent crafter. Remember, stealing is bad karma!
How can I contact you?
My email is lollybix[at]gmail.com. Please don’t spam me.
What is that big lake in the background of some of your pictures?
Lake Michigan. I live in one of the most beautiful corners of the country: Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Amazing summers, picturesque autumns, and the winters aren’t that bad. Really.

North Beach, Sheboygan Wisconsin
